I note just in passing that Brent Scowcroft did an adequate job for his time in office.
As to Dr.Aprill, he was active over the past several months on the blog that Michael Bane has, at Michael Bane tv, where Bane, Dr. Aprill, and several well known trainers from the industry spoke about the covid 19 crisis, and also the protests that were happening, and how best to avoid getting involved in them.
They did I think 10 or more of them,each week, with the guys that also worked on the television show, that was on Outdoor Channel, called The Best Defense.
After listening to Dr. Aprill, for several weeks for an hour or so at a time, i came away quite impressed. He was not the type who spoke merely to listen to his own voice, but rather, when he spoke, it was because he had something to say, and you needed to listen, because it was always worth hearing.
I guess that he knew that his time was short,and he kept it to himself,so he could try and finish some of these projects that he had going.
I know that the industry has lost a good man.
