    There’s a new suicide prevention number being set up, 988 (like 911 only it goes to the suicide prevention hotline). Not sure how long it will take for the telephone companies to roll it out.

    Thanks, Borepatch. I was not aware of this: though once I read your comment, I duckduckgoed some articles mentioning this.

    I’ll try to keep an eye out for more details as far as when they expect this to go wide.
